Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms form the agreement between you and MELUAURE when you access or use our proxy network. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

The service

MELUAURE provides static ISP, rotating residential, mobile, and datacenter proxy services, along with custom enterprise plans. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in line with your plan and these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and, where you act for an organisation, be authorised to do so. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity carried out through your account.

You may not share, resell, or sublicense access unless your plan expressly permits it. Credentials are issued to you alone.

Acceptable use

Your use of the service must comply at all times with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may result in suspension or termination, and in serious cases we will cooperate with lawful authorities as described in our Abuse Reporting and Law Enforcement Requests Policy.

Fees and payment

Plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees. Full details of billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are set out in our Payment, Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the network fast and available, and we publish our approach in the Service Availability, Fair Use and Network Policy. The service is nonetheless provided on a commercially reasonable basis and may occasionally be affected by maintenance or events beyond our control.

Intellectual property

MELUAURE and its licensors own all rights in the network, software, documentation, and brand. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. You retain ownership of the lawful data you collect using the service.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose that you have not agreed with us in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MELUAURE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if payment fails, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

Governing terms and changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. The update date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
