Privacy and No-Logs Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what MELUAURE does and does not collect when you use our proxy network, why we keep the little we do, and the rights you have over that information. Our guiding rule is simple: we cannot disclose what we never record.

Our no-logs commitment

MELUAURE operates a strict no-logs proxy network. We do not record the destination websites or hosts you connect to, the content of the traffic you route, the queries you run, or the data returned to you.

Because this information is never written to disk, it cannot be searched, sold, handed to a third party, or produced in response to a request. A no-logs stance is only meaningful if it is engineered into the service rather than promised in marketing, and we treat it as an architectural requirement.

Information we do collect

To operate a paid service responsibly, we keep a minimum set of records. These are limited to what is necessary to create your account, bill you, secure the network, and comply with the law:

  • Account details you provide, such as your name, company, and email address.
  • Billing records handled by our payment processors, including the plan purchased and transaction identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Aggregate, non-identifying usage totals such as bandwidth or IP allocation counts, used for billing and capacity planning.
  • Limited security and abuse-prevention signals, retained briefly to detect fraud, credential sharing, and attacks against the network.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles from your activity, and we do not inject scripts, tracking, or content into the traffic you route through the network.

How we use information

The information we hold is used to provision and maintain your service, process payments, respond to support requests, protect the network and its users from abuse, and meet legal obligations that apply to us. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

Data retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and for the period afterwards required by tax, accounting, and anti-fraud rules. Security signals are kept only for the short window needed to serve their purpose and are then discarded. Traffic content and destinations are never retained at any point.

Third parties we rely on

We use a small number of vetted providers for payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their function and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. A current list is available on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our website's contact channels and we will respond within the timeframe the law allows.

International transfers and security

MELUAURE is a Bulgaria-based provider and may process information in the European Union and other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate. We apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers and protect stored information with encryption, access controls, and the principle of least privilege.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the update date above, and continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
