Service Availability, Fair Use and Network Policy

Availability

We design and operate MELUAURE for high availability and target 99.9% network uptime, measured on a monthly basis excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. Uptime figures describe the availability of the proxy network itself, not third-party sites you choose to reach.

Scheduled maintenance

From time to time we perform maintenance to keep the network secure and performant. Where maintenance may be noticeable, we aim to schedule it during lower-traffic periods and to give advance notice for significant work.

Performance

Real-world performance depends on factors including the plan you choose, the targets you reach, your concurrency, and general internet conditions. The performance figures we publish reflect medians across the pool rather than guarantees for any single request.

Fair use

Our plans are built around the allowances shown at purchase. Fair use means staying within those allowances and avoiding patterns that degrade the service for others. In particular, you should:

• Keep request rates reasonable and avoid hammering a single target or subnet.
• Not attempt to circumvent plan allowances, rate limits, or authentication.
• Not run sustained activity that is designed to monopolise shared capacity.

Capacity and load management

To deliver on our promise of zero overload, we plan capacity ahead of demand and balance load across the network. We may apply proportionate rate limiting to protect stability, and we will contact heavy users about a more suitable plan rather than degrading their service without warning.

Rotation and sessions

The network supports rotation on every request, per session, or on a timer, along with sticky sessions where a task needs to hold one identity. These controls are provided so you can match network behaviour to your workload responsibly.

Prohibited network behaviour

Activity that attacks, overloads, or attempts to de-anonymise the network is prohibited and is handled under our Acceptable Use Policy. Protecting the shared network is a condition of using it.

Remedies

Where we fall short of our availability target due to factors within our control, your remedy is as set out in your plan or enterprise agreement. This policy does not create guarantees beyond those stated in your agreement with us.
